I think you need to make more back rounds cause it looks weird and even if it's a background character it should still have a simple character chart and even the regular characters should still have character charts and the side views look weird and some other characters are better looking and have less mess also just in general you should probably practice animation like try making simple movements like use 11 or 10 frames per sec cause that's how much you should probably start at right now I'm at 15 frames per sec also the color schemes are weird and don't look good together.
